Alex planned this surprise with me entirely over WhatsApp, and on a bright, sunny day in late March, everything came together at Rotenboden. With the Matterhorn towering above them and fresh snow all around, he got down on one knee, and Paulina's face says it all.

We celebrated with champagne and a colourful bouquet of fresh flowers, then spent the rest of the session playing in the snow: piggyback rides, spins, a flying bouquet and plenty of cuddles in their cosy knitted sweaters.

A blue-sky winter day, the Matterhorn in all its glory and two people completely in love. It doesn't get much better than that.
