The Story of
Alex and Victoria
Alex and Victoria travelled to Zermatt from Rhode Island, and while Victoria thought it was simply a winter getaway, Alex had been planning a surprise proposal with me for weeks. On a snowy day at Riffelalp, with the Matterhorn peeking through the clouds, he dropped to one knee in the fresh snow, and I was hidden nearby to catch every second of her surprise.
Once the ring was on, the champagne came out, along with a bouquet chosen by our florist, and the real fun began. We wandered through the winter landscape around Riffelalp, past snow-covered benches, pine trees and the little chapel, laughing, dancing and stealing kisses along the way.
It was a cold day in early March, but you would never know it from these two: warm hugs, big smiles and so much joy.

Her warm, bubbly personality made the whole experience even more special. After the proposal, she took the time to genuinely get to know us and shared so many thoughtful Zermatt recommendations. She was super enthusiastic the whole time and made this day better than I could’ve ever imagined! We had so much fun during the shoot, and we especially loved how she showed us photos along the way to make sure we were happy with everything. Her attention to detail and care really stood out.
And the photos truly speak for themselves—they are absolutely stunning and showcase her incredible talent. Our family and friends were blown away and are still talking about how beautiful they are! We will absolutely cherish this day and these photos forever!!
