Jeremy didn't just want to propose in the Alps, he wanted to do it above them. So on a clear day in March, he and Fatima boarded a helicopter in Zermatt and flew over glaciers and snowy peaks, with Fatima having no idea what was waiting for her at the landing spot.

Once they touched down in the snow, surrounded by a sea of mountains, Jeremy got down on one knee. And the surprise didn't end there: their family had come along all the way from Texas to celebrate with them, and the hugs, tears and laughter that followed are some of my favourite moments of the season.

After a red-and-white bouquet, plenty of portraits in the glistening snow and a few photos with the whole family, everyone headed off together for a celebratory lunch in the mountains.
