The Story of
Darius and Tanya
For Darius & Tanya's proposal, we went big: a helicopter flight over the Swiss Alps and a landing on a glacier with the Matterhorn on the horizon. Proposing on a glacier is truly unique, and it takes careful planning: for safety, a mountain guide joined us on the ice. Just steps from the helicopter, Darius got down on one knee.
After champagne on the glacier, we flew back down for a private picnic in the mountains above Zermatt, with the Matterhorn watching over us. We spent the rest of our half day together wandering through golden meadows, laughing and soaking up every moment.
The whole experience was beautifully organized by Juliette of Zermatt Events, who took care of every detail from the helicopter to the picnic.

I had an incredible day—one that I will truly never forget for the rest of my life. She was super fun, so energetic, and always insanely excited about every single photo. She’s hilarious and had us doing a bunch of super fun poses that kept us laughing the entire time. Karolina captured memories that we will cherish forever, and the photos are insanely beautiful. Looking back at these photos in 50 years is still going to bring a tear to my eye. Thank you again, Karolina! ❤️
