Matthew and Sarah

This lovely, American couple reached out hoping to capture their recent engagement while on vacation Zermatt. We took the train up to Rotenboden for panoramic Matterhorn views and then travelled over to Riffelberg for some new scenery and an outfit change, dipping into Riffelhaus to capture cozy, lodge shots inside. We had a blast during the shoot playing with poses and activities that gave us lots of laughs. A fun fact— the website you’re looking at is actually made by Sarah! It’s a beautiful reminder of how much I love connecting with my clients, not just through photos, but also in creating something special together.

We hired Karolina to shoot our engagement photos while we were visiting Zermatt and I am SO GLAD we did! Communication with her was excellent. She had so many ideas about locations and was really helpful in explaining the logistics of timing and transportation for each scenario. She was also flexible in letting us choose a shoot date - understanding our exhaustive travel and desire to ski as much as we could. We chose two spots up on the mountain and on the train ride up, we got to get to know one another in-person. It was like hanging out with an old friend! She is so friendly and delightful. My fiancé is not typically comfortable in front of the camera and based on the results, you would never know. We look at ease and oh-so-happy. Our images came out beautifully. The hardest part of all of this is deciding which ones to have framed for our wall!
